Items can be exchanged within 30 days of their original shipment. The item must be shipped in the same “as new” condition including labels and packaging.

Procedure:

Send an e-mail at: [email protected] and let us know your order number, reason for your return, the desired new item code and name, size, and colour you want. We’ll get back to you within 48 hours.

After confirmation from our customer service team, send us the package to our Ciaran studio at the following address at your own cost:

For all orders, once the item is received and registered, we’ll ship the new one free of charge.

Items returned within 30 days of their original shipment date in the same “as new” condition will be eligible for a full refund.

After confirmation from our customer service team, send us the package to our warehouse address at your own cost:

Once the package is received and approved, the refund for the total item value will be issued within 5 working days to the same payment method.

If you are in Portugal and want to avoid any additional shipping costs, there is also the option to leave the item at our Dropping Point (free of charge):
